In Washington State, the most sun and least pelting would be the Columbia Basin, or in other words, The Tri-Cities. However, there is a chance of snow, though starring accumulations are rare. And information technology isn't the mildest area in the winter, colder than W. Race., but the warmest due east of the Cascades.

Sequim, Port Townsend, the San Juan Islands, some of Whidbey island, and some other spots are in the Olympic Rain down shadow, so those places go to a lesser degree half the rain that Seattle gets.

LET it be noted though that less rain does not necessarily mean more sun in the Pacific Northwestern...

Phoenix or similar (San Diego is pretty good for your requirements)

Washington is "The Ever

green DoS" Thus green = water = rain.

The trouble with your request is SUN... As antecedently mentioned, little rain down does non equivalent more sun, the PNW has gray winters, throughout most of the state. Southern is Grey, Nov through Borderland, drizzle most of the metre, heavier drizzle on occasion (120" of moisten in my case).

Below is a link to a Washington State hurry correspondenc. Check information technology out and you tail end see the Olympic rain overshadow. This expanse gets little rainwater but it's not equally warm as Seattle. Information technology gets Sir Thomas More than it's fair share of wrap up too.

In the Seattle sphere there are wetter and dryer areas. Generally the closer you are to the convergence zone surgery the Shower foothills the more rain you'll get.

This forever cracked up us eastsiders, considering practically of the state is anything but. However, the "Alwayschocolate-brown State" doesn't bear the same encircle to that.

We would give out-of-state visitors who would enter WA direct either Biggs (below Goldendale) or Umatilla (on a lower floor Tri-Cities) and without fail they would mention and laugh about the signs "Receive to Booker Taliaferro Washington, the Evergreen State" when there wasn't a tree in sight.

Don't know that you'll receive any part of the state that you can say has no snow...many places with little, just any part of it can get it.

Phoenix or similar (San Diego is pretty beneficial for your requirements)

Washington is "The Ever

green Res publica" Thus Green River = water = rain.

The problem with your request is SUN... Atomic number 3 previously mentioned, less rainwater does non equal more sun, the PNW has gray winters, passim almost of the state. Gray is Gray, Nov finished March, moisten most of the time, heavier drizzle at times (120" of drizzle in my case).

I meant cities IN Washington. I am presently living in Noth San Diego county/South Riverside county and HATE it, I hate sun actually- but I dont neediness rain Familiar. FINALLY unwinding to Evergreen State in a hardly a months. I'm just looking for a great city to originate off in near Seattle with the least amount of rain. Thanks
